Trustworthy Tech Group · Brisbane to Newcastle · Australia-wide remote

We're the technology company that actually wants your business.

Trustworthy Tech Group is two operators who came out of the MSP and telco space, got tired of watching small businesses treated as a rounding error, and built the group we wished existed.

IT and cybersecurity. Internet and phones. Custom software. And the platform the whole thing runs on — which we build ourselves, so it costs you less. Five brands, one team, one standard.

01 · Who we are

Two operators who got sick of the runaround.

We're not a private-equity roll-up and we're not a franchise. We're a young Australian group, still small on purpose, and you'll be talking to the people who own it.

Between us we've spent our careers inside managed service providers and telcos — the two industries most famous for hold music, ticket numbers and blame-shifting. We've been the person on the other end of the escalation. We've also been the person cleaning up after the last provider walked.

What we kept noticing was that the technical part is rarely the problem. The problem is that nobody knows who's accountable, nothing is written down, and the person who answers doesn't know your business. So we built a group around the two things the big providers keep treating as optional: real relationships, and doing the work properly the first time.

That's less exciting than a keynote about digital transformation. It's also the entire reason our clients stay.

"We answer the phone" shouldn't be a differentiator. It is, though — so we lead with it.

02 · How we operate

Four rules. They're not negotiable.

Every brand in the group runs the same way, because the standard is the product.

01

Relationships before tickets

You get the same people every time, and they know your sites, your systems and what you're trying to build. No queue roulette, no account manager relaying messages.

02

Done properly, or not yet

Documented, tested, and handed over — not held together with hope and one person's memory. If we can't do it right, we'll tell you that instead of billing you for a guess.

03

Plain English, always

Proposals a human can read. Prices before the work. Jargon only when we've explained it. If the honest answer is "you already own something that does this", that's the answer you get.

04

Nothing that traps you

No lock-in contracts, no exit theatre, and with anything we build for you, the code and the data are yours from day one. Staying should be a choice.

03 · Who we're for

Most providers have a minimum. Ours is one.

Ring around and you'll hear it: twenty seats minimum, twenty-five, fifty. Sole traders and five-person teams get pointed at a call centre or a retail store, then charged like an enterprise the first time something actually breaks.

We think that's backwards. The businesses with the least slack in them are the ones that suffer most when the email stops or the phones go down — and they're the ones where good technology makes the biggest difference to the owner's week.

So we take one-person businesses. Deliberately. Same monitoring, same security, same people answering the phone as the fifty-seat client down the road.

Our minimum
1

One user. One site. One phone. If you're a business, you're big enough for us.

Priced to be affordable, not to be cheap

We keep our pricing low on purpose and we're upfront about it. That's a deliberate business model, not a discount we'll claw back at renewal — and it's only possible because of how we run the group.

One partner instead of four

IT, internet, phones and the odd bit of custom software from the same team. One number to call, and nowhere for a problem to hide between vendors.

04 · How the maths works

We build our own tools so you're not paying for someone else's.

The reason most providers can't afford to look after a five-person business is their own cost base. A typical MSP rents seven to ten platforms — ticketing, monitoring, billing, documentation, security, reporting — and every one of those licences gets passed on to you, per user, per month, forever.

We went the other way. We built our own operating system on open-source foundations and we run our own business on it every day. Fewer licences to pass on, fewer manual hours, and enterprise-grade monitoring, security and support that a small business can genuinely afford.

Our platform, not a reseller badge

Ticketing, assets, billing, portal and AI in one system we own and extend ourselves.

Open source underneath

Proven tools instead of proprietary black boxes — so nobody's pricing change becomes your problem.

Automation where it earns its keep

The repetitive work is handled by software, so our people spend their time on the things that need a person.

We eat our own cooking

Everything we sell to other providers is the same stack we depend on. You're not beta testing.

05 · The group

Five brands. Same people, same standard.

Three doors for businesses, two for other providers. There's no wrong one to come in through — most clients end up using more than one.

06 · Where we work

Brisbane to Newcastle, and everywhere in between.

We run the full east coast corridor — boots on the ground from South East Queensland all the way down through the Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast and the Hunter. Regional isn't an exception for us, it's most of the map.

QLD — 01

South East Queensland

Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Our home base and where most on-site work happens.

NSW — 02

Northern Rivers

Tweed Heads, Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore, Casino and Grafton — just over the border and well within reach.

NSW — 03

Mid North Coast

Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Taree and Forster — the stretch most providers quietly skip.

NSW — 04

Hunter & Newcastle

Bulahdelah, Nelson Bay, Maitland, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie — the southern end of the corridor.

Outside the corridor? Still fine.

Remote-first tooling means we support businesses anywhere in Australia, and carrier services reach every address we can get a line to. Geography shouldn't decide whether a small business gets decent IT.
